Here is the content of a recent talk I delivered on the usage (or lack of) forensic evidence in our courts.
I argue that almost all stakeholders in the Criminal Justice System are responsible for the current indifference towards the capability of scientific and forensic evidence to provide unbiased evidence. I also argue that though systemic changes are required, courts can help their own case by making administration level changes on how such cases are handled. You can hear me discuss this at Policy Pill.
